A mosaic of fan photos is being produced, in collaboration with the 'This is It' movie premier. My cousin, David Smithee, met Jackson in 1984. The photo in the inset, shows David posing for a picture with Jackson at their meeting. David had cystic fibrosis, and was able to meet Jackson through the Brass Ring Society, an organization that fulfilled the wishes of terminally ill children. David died in May 1984.
